Ciao Vladi, I think a little bigger---19mm or 3/4" But maybe you are building something under 1000kg, si? No? I make my suggestion from sizes I have measure on Ford Cosworth Group A parts... I got these to have as samples and check dimension, the later version is like you post the photo...

What you're looking for its called a bung adjuster nut
But those are pretty expenssive, why not just use a double threaded rod and a female rod end.
