I warned you I needed help. It's a sickness dontcha know. So keyboard builders whats your ultimate 240 set up? Include motor and what you'd do to it, Tranny&diff with off the shelf final drive. Also what's weak on a Volvo?

The bubos are starting to go down, thanks for the concern tho...

It looks like the blue 240 reeference car has the coil overs mounted where the shocks were, NOT the the spring location... After lying on the driveway looking at the rear end of the car(my wife really baffles on that activity) I looks like chopping through the spring mount area means going through some meaty looking frame box type stuff.

Finally made it into metal today. Well, at least one anyway, so I could check the program and have one to test fit. Please excuse the sloppy welds. I only had a scrap of galvanized 14Ga and I didn't want to pull a new sheet for setup parts. It welds crappy.

so I get hold of the evil genius after 2+ weeks MIA, I guess he forgot me repeatedly telling him about the towers I want to install , so he already put in the rear legs. ohwhatever... I have a sawsall that can fix that

While you're at it cut those door bars and reinstall them lower.

Ever hear of a floating piston in a shock? You can run them any side up you want. There's clearance either way.
