I guess that offers a datapoint into a question I've been mulling over for a while, as to whether semi-trailing-arm or live axles are likely to work better. And MDS says 270-380hp for that family of engine on their site, so that's pretty formidable - given they're on about Millington Diamonds being the target, I'd guess towards the high end of that range.

... and judging by the comments on that article, JVL knows about it already.

John was speculating if it even was rally drivning rally car. Well it does almost look to pretty to bash, but some googling seem to indicate that it does:

Hey, having seen how many people bring semi trailers and paid crew, and so on and so forth to SCCA (non-professional, nothing but little plastic trophies on the line) road races... some people are just more willing to risk bashing and wadding up nice/expensive cars than others. It's a lot more interesting to see someone spend their money building something like this than Another Blue Subaru.
