No worries Eli, Once I put my new harness in, you are welcome to take the old one and wrap it nice and neat. The engine harness is fine it's the dash harness that is FUBAR, in your case you will leave your original intact anyways. I have all the plans and schematics and wiring bull shit you can imagine.

Yeah, I have welded several diffs and it cost more in beer money than the cost of the welding wire and shield gas it tkaes to weld it. The only real tricky part is putting the output shafts to line the dang thing up. I start with the spiders and then work my way in. I have enen made a plate that nestles down into the spiders just for more surface area. After you are done clean the weld spatter and loose bits then repaet this process several times. Any weld bits in the trans will ruin your cheap rally trans build. Welded diffs suck in parking lots and on asphalt in general, but I LOVE mine. AND since I am a TOTAL cheap ass it fits my budget real nice too.
