Ford CVH engines - bolt pattern?

I've seen conflicting info on this.

The Ford CVH engines - popular There, not popular Here.

Some of the local-spec ones have 45mm intake/36mm exhaust and HUGE ports. Sounds interesting! They also grow on trees.

Question of the day: Anybody have any hard info on if these have the same bellhousing bolt-up as the 2.3l?

The interest is in mating one to a common 2.3/T5 bellhousing. I understand there is some bugaboo with the dowel pins being different in size, but that's No Big Deal.
