Fuel cell ideas

Note the cover around the fuel pump, and the steel fuel filler neck. Both are required by CARS regs. I was alos told when getting my log book that I was OK for Canadian events, but wouldn't be allowed to compete at RA events with this setup... which I found odd, I thought they would allow CARS log booked cars to compete if driven by CRAS licensed drivers.

Put a sealed box over everything with just the cap spot visible and the two fuel lines through a grommet in the box and you've got an RA setup.

RA takes logbooked cars from other bodies. Depends upon how the fuel bulkhead rule is written. If it says 'required to compete' then the logbook may not matter and may be required regardless of sanctioned logbook.
