Just measured, Ford 5.8l truck engines have dual-51mm throttle bodies, looks like 71 or 72mm center-center measurement.
A couple of these from the junkyard should be lots cheaper than some JenVey or TWM stuff, especially if you're making your own manifold anyway.
The 4.9l sixes had twin-40mm throttle bodies, I bet the 5.0l truck engine is in the 45mm range.
