This weekend I got the stripes on the passenger side, made the structure for the center electrical panel, and cut a bunch of Carbon fibre for door cards, switch panels, and dash fill panels.

Ahh! AHHHHHH! AHHH! Ohhh...ahhhh.

What? Huh, oh, there was a ghost, I sweat, ectoplasm everywhere!

For those who have no idea what I'm talking about: http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/183608/covered-in-ectoplasm

Sean, that thing is even prettier than the last go-round.

Busy weekend. Pulled the drivetrain out of the old car, installed the fuel and brake lines in the cabin, re-did all the brake lines in the engine bay. I installed the HDPE front whell liners, front mudflaps, and front suspension/brakes.

No, the old car had them. I started with stock brakes, but the rears were just not as potent as the fronts, and the ballance was off. One of the best mods I did to the old car by far.

This may be a really dumb question but is that single resevoir set up for the brakes some thing you did yourself? I like the way it looks.

Schawing!!!
Don't forget the gas pedal. smiling smiley
Why is the blower motor on the ground?
What is that on the battery tray? Suby fuse box or similar maybe?
Inspiring. Love it!

Some guy bullied him into looking at Misterbitchi Eclipsed for the reservoir..`
Big volume, some bladdery thing inside, right hose size and cost maybe $5.
Even comes with a easy to use or mod mount.

Thats a Sierra blower, was going to use it, but it does not quite line up, and I would have to block off the recirc opening. A stock blower box without the AC junk is pretty light anyway.

Fuse/relay panel is out of a Ford, Aerostar/Ranger/Explorer. 6 relays, many fuses including 100A for the alternator ect. Everything in the front goes through it, low beam, high beam, 2 aux light circuits, cooling fan, and horn. Same one you are getting...

Yup, except there were none of those, so that one is out of a mid 80's Mazda product. Baffled so one circuit can fail and not drain all the fluid. $5 at the rally car parts depot.

Looks awesome. I've never been a big fan of the Merk's looks, but this one is turning out pretty damn cool.

Epoxy sealer, then "Omni" brand single stage urethane, with no reducer. Same on the outside.
