Here's a suggestion, rather than making 15 different options, why not make one bigger square that is just formed and punched, then the builder can trim to size and shape as desired?

For those that can't trim, you could make them to size and charge 3 x as much :-)

That're not available anywhere yet. Give me a few weeks. I'm cutting a few samples right now to check the fit on the pattern and then I'll make up about 100 of them. There will be at least one if not more retail outlets for them shortly.
