Sorry for the cross post from SS, But there might be folks here that are not over there.
OK. Going to throw this out there. I can't figure it out and my tuner is scratching his head...
Motor is 2005 Subaru 2.5RS. DBW. Mods are short ram intake, OBS header, Delta 2000 cams, 2nd O2 delete, openecu tune.
Target idle speed is 1100 rpm.
If car is stopped, not moving at all, then engine idles beautifully at 1100.
If car is moving, whether in gear with the clutch in or in neutral, then engine revs constantly 1600-2600-1600-2600.
It's pretty annoying when I come in, hot off a stage, and roll up to the finish time control revving away like some lame ricer.
TB has been cleaned.
Vacuum leak checks done.
