My car pullled one direction on braking and the opposite on accel. The disconnected shocktower may have had something to do with this.
If everything else passes diagnostics, it could just be a big ol airbubble in the LF line.

I took off the front calipers on both sides. The left side seems ok. The right side has uneven pad wear front to back.

Might be hard to tell from this photo:

I'll need to investigate more, but could this indicate one/two of the pistons sticking?

I looked over all the front suspension and couldn't find anything bent/broken. I'm going to check brake line pressure next and bleed the brakes.

Looks exactly like a sticky piston.

Cannot see any piktarz, but description indicates sticking piston/slider/pin.

Exactly. Well done, sir. It was a snotty post about the lack of sliders on a 4-pot.

Seems like if it's pulling right under braking, that the right side has more braking force, so the issue would be with the left side brakes.

And I've had more uneven wear than that on a street car.

Gentlemen, pad taper on the right caliper will mean a longer pedal causing a delayed reaction on the right, so it might not be the caliper problem. Sounds more like a worn control arm bush. Not sure how those are but its either the rear bush on the control arm or if its like the Ford its the bush where the torsion bar mounts to the control arm. It will cause toe out under braking and steer you to a different dimension of not cool.

PS: you can check if you have a collapsed line by pressing the pads in by hand.

I've got both sides disassembled, so I'll check Bushings and BJs tonight.

What he's saying is if the hose is soggy, when you step on pedal it boings out, brakes are applied cuase its LOTS of pressure, but when they're shot as soon as you lift the foot, the hose collapses inside and presuure can't bleed off at the master cause its trapped in the system downstream--caliper side---of the blocked hose.

That was a chronic thing when I first started working full time on Saabs when they were all 9-15 years old...Federal law mandates the hose have its production date on them and they were ALL original hoses...

Glad Paulinho agrees with my gut feeling of a bush being dead or sumpin bent.

Right side upper and lower ball joints were a bit worn. Nothing super excessive, but I'm replacing them. (left side felt like new) Also, the right side lower torsion arm bushing was worn. Replacing that too. The torsion arms are in good condition (nothing bent) and the bearings on the spindle are good.

As for the bushing, I cleaned out all of the old grease and this is what I found:

Once I get everything back together I'll let you know if this solved the problem.
