Cage is good. The damage is pretty high up on the c-pillar. Not sure a quarter panel goes up that high. Pulled the door frame back a bit, too. I have no idea what's under there that will be bashed up.

if your going to wrap over it, skip the heavy bondo, use expanding spray foam, then shave it down after a few days of setting.... OR just fix the window and drive as is..

I be sorry as a muthafucka I did, still sorry I did n' hustled ta peep what tha fuck I holla'd a lil' bit better, or at least try to.

Check out Dave's Evo build on how to fill it in first with Bondo, Lay fiberglass over the entire side of the car to make a mold, then use that to make a carbon fiber quarter. Then you can cut all the sheet metal off and lose like 10 pounds off the car! If you wanna get really crazy, use combine with the spray foam idea to make it widebody!

Slide hammer, drill, and never forget the 40/40 rule. Just gotta look good at 40 mph from 40 feet away.

Except it was 80 lbs and now I can fit a 305 under the car...

Sawzall and spot weld drill bits are all you need!

Just takes a little time.

That's really not that bad. As Andrew points out, you find a donor car at the junkyard and have them sawzall off that corner. You go to town on spot weld drilling everything to remove the outer skin. Do the same on your car, weld it on, prime, paint, go rally.
