What are you doing for brake masters? Noticed there was just the original mount.

I have dual wilwoods w/ ballance bar that are getting grafted onto the OE pedal mounts. I'll likley have to cut the hole larger, but location of the pedals was fine, so I'm waiting to do any surgury til they are arranged.

To be honest, I ran out of time to a certain extent, and with the weather here doing what it is doing, I needed to paint the car or risk not being able to due to temperatures (we are about 6 degrees overnight right now...)

FUCK everything about painting the interior of a car and roll cage. Seriously... fuck this shit. may end up looking like crap (well not crap, you know what I mean) Man this is frustrating.

I can't even get paint everywhere I want it.

I told yer Think about going thru the motions of painting---look where you won't be able to reach. Paint with a PAINTBRUSH those areas first give 'em a couple of coats-- THEN spray...
It IS a pain and you bump things and drag the hose...Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

I ended up,using a foam roller for some of those spots and then spraying the flat areas. Better finish than expected.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finished up around an hour ago. Did a ton of work over the weekend and friday

Masking:

Crappy bondo with passivized rust:

Expoxy sealer

Paint and striping! I skipped some pictures since primer looks the same as topcoat (mostly, other than gloss) so yah. And I was mad.... the white sprayed like crap. And TCP global's instructions are completely wrong in some cases.

That is a possibility haha. I'll just have to avoid crashing really winking smiley Well... at least 1st corner of 1st rally grinning smiley

Also: I picked the paint scheme for a reason: white is easy as hell to blend, and the blue stripe follows existing body lines so I can just spray a new panel incredibly easy. They are also both solid colors so they should** touch up really easy.

the only unfortunate thing is both of the colors are TCP global colors, not OEM, so I don't know how easy it will be to get them matched in town.

Thanks, Harper!

I maintain global warming doesn't exist.

only climate change, but you know that's not the cool term for it.

We have at least 3-4 inches on the roof at this point... it's melting as it hits the road, which is nice...

I got 7-9 inches of this shit on the volvo. Doesn't help being the highest point in calgary. 3 snow free months this year... this is bullshit. I'm finishing school and getting out of here.
