Kirk, welcome aboard.
Look, as for specific RALLY suspension, the closest thing would be the collection of Ford set up sheets for the various layouts of cars they have rallied and then printed books about.
I have the books for Escort MkI and II rwd old school with solid axle, Sierra Cosworth (same car as Xratty except the engine) rwd with IRS and semi trailing arms with shocks from 87 season*, Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 4x4which is in essesnce the same car with 4 doors and 4wd, Escort Cosworth 4x4 which is just a shortened Sierra floor and tunnel with the same IRS and suspemsion, and I have on the way here the Escort MkVI F2 RS2000 fwd GpA car, and finally the Escort WRC Cosworth, which was the final variation when they went to IRS with struts and long links as allowed under the "World rally cars" rules.
Thus we have over 20 years of Works set ups for World level cars of every imaginable drive configuration..
Doesn't help you much now tho does it?
The plan is to scan and post as much as we can so there is a reference library available rather than yapping about opinion and getting all huffy and hurt feelings or worse saying "I've worked for major (wanking off fucking road race poofter) teams (of obese old anal retentive rich guys) designing suspension (which leaked in the fucking box and which has lots of people on Special Stage threatening the other partners in the fucking fiasco of a business) for a SCCA Club K Production class car for blind civil war veterans who part their hair on the left class."
So have a look at the charts Skye posted and strand by for the Ford F2 stuff when it arrives,
