Recipe for happiness: slowly over 5-6 years put something together totally untested, zero shake down, different power, gearing , suspension, and use it in a venue , oh say gravel roads , where you have zero experience at all with this car that everything is different from all previous sensory experience, and pay hundreds of dollars for the entry alone, then drive it as fast as you can. Sounds like a plan.

I ain't the clown, Timmay. I advised you long ago to shake the car down for a couple of months and drive it on gravel for 6 months. How many miles on gravel have you driven in the last 6 years? I just want to see the damn thing run. He's made it farther than I have. But I've pretty much abandoned all hopes to build a rally car and settled for LeMons, because that's all that's sort of affordable to me nowadays. Wish there was Folksrace in the US...
