2018 WRX stage rally car

I was pretty sure i placed the ad here but i did not lol.
here it is: (i just copied and pasted from my Craigslist ad)
Turn key stage Rally car 2018 Subaru Impreza WRX. 4K on the clock!
If You're not in the market for a stage rally car then please move on.
So here it is: Was building it for myself while rallying 2WD Fiesta ST planning to sell it
and get back to 4WD class but rolled the Fiesta and have to fix it first and can't keep 2 race cars
Car is Production Class with 32 mm restrictor
Engine is all stock in order to stay in class with some minor mods such as:
Charge pipe w/better flow, TGV and EGR deleted, A/C deleted, 2 oil catch cans.
3" downpipe and midpipe, single exit exhaust with High flow cat in the very back
Two-way adjustable DMS Gravel suspension, front strut bar. Massive Skid plate.
Roof vent, Smaller and lighter side mirrors, lightened rear doors,
Viscous center, and plated rear diff, Amsoil severe gear synthetic oil. Rear diff protection,
FIA specs rolcage CARS certified.
Battery relocated to behind co-driver's seat.
Front Gravel brakes w/KNS rotors and DBA pads,
Re-plumbed brake system, Stainless steel brake lines, Hydraulic E-Brake
while stock e-brake is still there (just got tired of placing rocks under wheels to keep it from rolling).
Mirco RS2 FIA winged seats for head protection and 6 point Racequip harnesses. all up to date.
OMP map light, Central Electric kill switch which disconnects everything and shuts the engine off.
Comes with 7 x 18" STi rims w/pretty much new winter tires
And a set of 4 x 15" Method gravel wheels with gravel tires
surely forgetting some stuff.
Will be tuning soon. Haven't done it because not sure if I'll be running Race gas, E85 or pump gas
Most likely for now will be tuned for 94.
price is $27,900 USD the way it is or 26K without seats and harness.
And yes, it's eligible for the US and Canada Subaru contingency program.
is it still $3.000 for participation in the first rally?
PS. car is located in Surrey, Canada, about 25 min from the US border!

Um. It's $10,000 cad from Subaru Canada once it has been logbooked by CARS. (no requirement to enter an event from how I read it.)
The car has to have been purchased from a Subaru dealer, so no salvage rebuilds (not saying this one is.)

US contingency is $5,000 usd after entering three nationals.

You can not combine the programs.

That is correct, You can not combine the programs
It's either or. And it wasn't purchased from a dealer, i got it when it had 4,000 kms on it.
I was pretty sure it's $3000 USD because I was told Nick Spencer got that much last year from ARA but apparently You know better.
Thanks for clarifying.
If it's not sold till OTR and I sell my Fiesta instead i'll take it down South next year.

2019 payouts might be different. I seem to recall the ARA paying out on the first entry last year, and not requiring 3 events like they do now.

i did search a few months ago but couldn't find 2019 program.
anyway now it's time for 2020.
Subaru of Canada is poo(rer) than Subaru USA and all we can get here is $300 for participation and a budget team can only dream of getting on a podium and get more lol
but ....never know.

Different, I don't know about poorer.

Every Subaru gets a minimum of $250 to start, not the limited number of entries in the US.
If you are among the six fastest Subarus, you start getting more money.
If you are in the top six overall, you get an extra grand.
All of this regardless of the year of Subaru you are driving.

Subaru USA only gives discounts ($500 national, $300 regional) to the first 10 entries in each national and regional portion of the event. (to any year of Subaru)

Subaru event finishing position is only available to 2015 or newer cars, and only to third place of eligible Subarus.

But none of that has anything to do with your great car that is for sale! (and not even blue!)
