AE86 Silver Top 20 Valve Motor
March 18, 2008 05:05PM
I bought a Toyota 20 Valve Silver Top motor for my AE86 that I'm not going to use. I paid like $400 for it...just looking to get that back, if possible. I can send pictures....

I have someone that may be interested in the motor, minus the TB's. How much you willing to spend for them?

John, shut up hahaha

I dont know. I've seen them go for rediculous prices I will not pay, and prices I would pay.

How about 80? Just the throttles. Not the injectors, not the emmissions shit...

Yep I got the pics. Thanks for sending those.

I changed directions. I can't see the point in the 4ag anymore. Here I was all hot to trot on the 4ag.

I'm going with the 2rz with my Starlet. 320hp+ is possible N/A with headwork and cams. And in purely stock form puts out about as much power and more torque than the 20v.

Gotta ask..how do you get 320 NA hp out of a 140hp/160tq engine ? As usual I'm missing something..

Gene, you can measure HP at the end of the crank and at the wheels, but you can measure BHP at the end of the fingertips on the keyboard.
That's the popular way these days you old Dinosaur!
