Hey guys and gals....

My Ford Boxvan with 'Mom's Attic' and the 20' box is ready to be taken to your home to haul anything and everything that you could ever wish to move from point A to point wherever.

It is a '72 F-600 boxtruck. It was once a U-Haul. I purchased it from Ralph Kosmides 12 or so years ago.

Dave Clark had just replaced the engine when I bought it.
I got to pull heads (burned valve) and gave it a spankin' new carburator that made it run well then as now.

I've given it a New Venture 4500 five speed transmission for an overdriven 5th speed. Quiter running and better fuel economy if you keep it to 60. It WILL go 80 mph though I don't suggest doing so. You won't get a ticket cuz Deputy Doughnut will just plain not believe that it can go that fast.

Mechanically the Ford is a good runner and driver. Tires, brakes, engine and drivetrain are all good.
Looks? Well it is a '72 F-600.

It has a thumpin' stereo with amps and all that BS that will stay in it.

The Fibergalss ramps make loading of your rallycar or whatever you like easy.

It is Gas powered.

The Mothership will be recieving a stereotomy now to reduce the price of the mothership.

I would rather it went to an enthusiast's home rather then posting on Craigslist.

I have driven the Ford at great speed between Portland and Tilimuck and realy that things handels much better then one would think - even towing a rally car and having another rally car inside. Rock solid stable.

It would make me one hell of a wood shed, but the gas bill east would probably pay several RA entry fees.

I'm amazed somebody hasn't grabbed this beast yet.

At current gas prices you could prolly enter a RA club event with fuel to get the Ford home.

If one can manage to keep it under 60 it is surprisingly thrifty for being what it is.

I've long thought it to be a dandy candidate for a Cummins or Perkins repower.
It has the New Venture 4500 trans that one would find behind a Cummins.

You can't have it right now as I'm using the ramps to wheel Carrie in and out of the house as she recovers from a broken Sacrum in her back.

Alas the Ford has yet another use!!
