Freebie XR4 shell in Michigan

Spotted on a Merkur mailing list. NOT MINE!!! Although I have some in NH that could stand to go get used/rebuilt.

There's a light blue '85 XR in Battle Creek, MI that NEEDS to leave in
the next week. FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! Forclosure happening soon and bank is
just gonna crush it. Not mine, it's a friend's. If no one gets it I'm
going to do my best to at least grab some parts off it before it gets
crushed. I hate to see a clean shell get crushed, but if no one grabs
it I will at least save some parts. Come with your own trailer

Engine, Tranny, interior gone.
Very faded paint, but shell is rust-free. The pinch welds on the
rockers are in great shape.

to be hauled away by 12-17-08

OK, here are some pix of it. The pinchwelds are awesome if you ask me.
Problems are the driver's door jam needs a little more cosmetic work,
and the hatch floor was cut out to get to the fuel pump. He's already
stripped out the engine, tranny, interior. This is a great shell to
start off with, and it
is FREE! So let me know. I'd nab it and rebuild it but i don't have
the room. Again, it needs to be gone in about a week. Otherwise I will
do my best to strip it down (I really REALLY hate to crush a rocker
rust-free sell)
