Are you sure about the 18mm offset? That seems wrong for a Sentra.

Michael,

Absolutely positive of the 18mm Offset as I machined them to that number. I was using a 28mm spacer with 45 mmm offset Nissan wheels before. These wheels allowed me to eliminate all the spacers and still clear the DMS w/large springs.

John,

Interesting point about re-drilling them: I am not sure that they can be re-drilled, but I can find out if anyone is really serious about it. There is a fantastic, and affordable, machine shop in Torrance that only does wheel machining and I have used them numerous times(Russell Machine 310-532-5520).

If someone can post a picture of my wheels, I can send them one, as it would make the following explanation simpler. The challenge is that these wheelswere originally 4x110 and I re-drilled a second 4x100 pattern.I also machined the hub face to the 18mm offset(which made the distance from the original 4x110 seat to hub face practically 0). Now, there are 2 possibilities:
1) Open up the 4x100 to 4xwhatever and use steel seat inserts
2) Possibly install steel inserts at the original bolt pattern 4X110 if that is the desired bolt pattern.

Dave:

You can get these:

for $55 or $65 per in 15" with 20mm backspacing with a NASA membership.

I'm posting this 'cause I contacted the seller on the Team Dynamics and made an offer that you apparently bested after I told him we would buy them.

The minilite types would look better on your Opel, and the Team Dynamics would look better on our BMWs - just an observation winking smiley

That's a pretty good deal, actually. I was able to get 14x7 Konig Rewinds with a -9mm offset (~3.625" backspacing) for my '85 corolla for $400 for the set.
With the NASA annual membership fee of $45, it still puts it under the 400 mark that I paid.

Looking closer at http://nasaracing.net/NASA_KONIG.pdf, the Rewind is only available at the discounted price in ($65)14x7 -9mm offset, ($70)15x7 20mm and 40mm offset, and ($80)16x7 0mm offset.

Gentlemen,gentlemen!

This is a RALLY FORUM! We are talking about REAL RALLY WHEELS here for less than half of what they cost new! Not about Konig c__p for street use. Have you ever looked at the thickness of each rim lip? The Team Dynamics Pro Rally wheel is about 12mm solid. The Konigs have the typical cute little stepped lip-that section is solid on the Team Dynamics. Also, the "spokes" and webbing that stiffens the "spokes" of a real rally wheel are vastly different from the Konig shown... They TD Pro Rally wheels are made so they will not dissintegrate if you have to finish a stage on a flat. I used aftermarket wheels similar to the Konigs and bent/broke a few before going to Team Dynamics. Not a single wheel failure since.

For posing and street use I am sure that the Konig wheels are just fine.

I agree, I like the look of the minilite style, (I used to use 14" Panasports on the Opel) but a 7 inch rim with 20mm offset won't fit my car and I'd rather not use spacers.
