What's wrong with the main hoop? Total bends appear to be 190-200 degrees.

I think I'd want door bars, too.

Aside from the cage issues, it looks like a nice car.

also i believe the cages needs to have gussets for that main hoop X

Wouldn't it be grandfathered in to the old specs if it has a pre-2006 logbook?

It would have to meet Appendix 1 specs in the RA logbook. Usually old cages might only need a diagonal in the main hoop for RA.

NRS would require the A pillar support add on and possibly a sill bar. Most cages can be brought up to spec pretty easily. Now if the logbook is gone there is a possibility of a more difficult time.

That's what I told Jim. As long as the main hoop and front windshield bars are 1.75X.095 then there's no problem. Anything else that would need added for a logbook is easy if those two components are right.
