FREE volvo 242 turbo for rally use.

I have a '83 volvo 240 two door turbo, I bought it for parts. I took the parts I need; front valence and grill. PROS; strong engine, has the intercooler, runs, and FREE. CONS: $350 back registration, wrinkled quarter panel, I know of another straight shell for free in Merced, Ca.

If someone is looking to get into a volvo for cheap, I would rather give it away than strip it and sell it for scrap. Its going at the end of the week.

If I'm buying from out of state, does the 'back registration' apply, since it won't be registered in that state?
