SOLD! 1979 Volvo 242 GT in good condition near San Diego, CA

I thought some of you may be interested in this 1979 Volvo 242 GT that a former co-worker of mine is selling in the San Diego area (Carlsbad). He said it's all stock and runs strong. The windshield wipers are not working and the muffler has a hole so it's noisy. His kids used to drive the car but now are off to college.

He said it's a manual transmission - 4/5 speed w/ the electronic controlled overdrive button.

He posted this ad on Craigslist and 40 people contacted him in the first couple of days. They talked it up to $1000 and then flaked out like people on Craigslist often do.
