Dmack 175/70/14 Medium Compound with Wheels
November 05, 2012 07:27AM
Unfortunately another one bites the dust. I have to stop the rally project. I have been holding out as long as I can hoping for a way to continue. It is officially a no go.

My wife had to take a significant paycut so we just cannot afford to continue with the build. Maybe I can get it started back up.

I am trying to recoup some of the money I've spent.

I have a set of 4 Dmack tires mounted on wheels that have only been used for 1 rallycross. The rallyross consisted of 4 runs totalling around 3 to 3 and half minutes mostly on mud so hardly any wear. They are in very good condition. The wheels are 5x114.3 bolt pattern and they may be 5x100 as well I really dont remember though. They are 5x114.3 for sure.

They are DMACK DMG3 14" Gravel Tyres
, Tire Sizes : 175/70 , Compound: G4 Medium

This picture was new. I will have to get a picture of them as they are now. Basically the same with a little bit of dirt on them.

I am asking $650.00 plus shipping for these. Of course I would rather not ship if I didnt have to but if you are willing to pay for shipping then I will ship.

I am willing to travel up to 100 miles to deliver as well.

Please let me know if you are interested.
My location is Columbus Ohio and my email address is jameswroberts81@gmail.com

Thanks
James

Hi _______________,

Welcome to the Fun House.
We're not like the others.
heh heh...heh...

We're your friends.

But 99% of us feel its a good thing for real community building to know who we're talking to so we have a rule all but one or two go along with: a requirement for real names and real locations. somewhere.
In the sidebar thing or in the signature, we're not picky, just a real name and location..

OK?

Thanks.

You will have to excuse me for that, I filled out only the information required to register. Had the site prompted me further, I would have happily taken care of the rest of the info.

There seems to be a lot of good info and people doing really cool things on this site. As a longtime rally fan and Rallycross Noob, I hope I can absorb some knowledge and make a contribution to the site.

You might consider 'parting' them out - if, for example, someone was interested in the tires, but was running a wheel that wasn't 5x100/114.3, paying to ship the wheels + tires probably kills any value vs. just buying a new set of tires, but if they only had to ship the tires...

(I might fall into that category in a few months - but no sooner than that unfortunately)

I still have these. I really thought I could get my car into decent shape so I could use them more but money ran out. Price for the entire set is 400 + shipping. Used for 2 rallyxs and on an extremely slow car.

I cannot have them dismounted.

confused smiley

It's been a long time since I've been in Ohio, but I'm pretty sure there's tire shops there.

$400 + $50 dismount + shipping and I can pretty much guarantee you'd have some buyers for the tires.

Not to mention you'll still have some bare wheels you can then sell for a little $$$.
