Primitive rear diff guard. Used on rally WRX. Might need more fasteners, but servicable. $40.

Looks like the helmets are going to rally-Xers in MA. Feel free to make lowball offers on the rotors. Amazon.com has compatibility charts which show that these things will fit a lot of 1990s Imprezas and Legacies.
