shortened and balanced driveshaft with new u-joints
4.30 1030 240 complete rearend
$1400 picked up (a 228mm flywheel, PP, and cross member are the only things needed to drop it in)

almost complete 240 coilover kit
240 strut housings with 7" colman kit
bilstiens revalved to " rally spec"
hyperco 275 10" and 4" 220 tender springs
ohlins eccentric camber plates
$1200 ( would need a spring slider, top hats and adapter bushings to make it drop in)
