Just to gloat: Age 55, all fingers repeated broken, right wrist broken, arthritis but this is a trained thing: (excised from longer post above)
Nej nej nej. It was morning and I only had one cup of tea, and no ciggies.
I just came in from driving to machine shop, and it's kl16.00
Little better now being awake:
0,187
0,187
0,188
0,188
0,187
Average 0,1874

I keep saying, ain't you guys glad you know me when I'm fawkin old and have mellowed out so much?

EDIT: I am a bit puzzled that I say "I don't think reflexes are sooooo vital when I've known since I was 25 that I have unusually fast and consistant reflexes---it sorta dawned on me when I noticed----after years of practice----that I could do starts as well as---on average, on any given day---anybody in the top 10 in World Championship Moto-cross based on where I'd end up going into first turns.

(Now what the fuck I was going up that high, that I had no idea what to do---except don't get in the way and don't crash! YIKES!!!!)

MAC's make you slow!

WTF! I switch from Mac to PC and my times get dramatically faster.
I just got home from a 7 hour car ride from Sacramento and I'm not especially alert...
First time out on my pc at home .187 !!
Best Average on Mac .219

My previous best on the MAC was .201 and now I'm nailing .187 almost every time with the PC.
Best single time on a PC is .14

Wonder what gives?
--mouse clicker tolerance?
--PC bus speed? Processor speed?
--CRT PC monitor vs. Flat panel MAC monitor?
--A 7 hour car ride make you more alert? <--gotta doubt that I feel worn out!

I read two consecutive threads, the first talking about fast finger work, the second about nailing it every time and my mind goes to the gutter.

Anybody have a Bop It ? Try your reflexes on that. Don't know what it is ? Go google it. Shit load of Europeeeeen rally drivers use it as a reflex training tool.
