The schedule 10 butt weld fittings (like these: http://www.acestainless.com/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=75) will work for quite a while. They will not last anywhere near as long as 321 though (right here: http://www.burnsstainless.com/321tubing/Ubends321/ubends321.html). It eventually comes down to how much you are paying for labor. With the difference in the price of the bends you can do at least 3 manifolds out of butt-weld elbows for every one in 321 mandrel bends. How much is your time worth?
