Hello everyone, my name is Adam and im up here in Edmonton Alberta. Ive been snooping around here on and off but think its time to make it official.Im 25 and am currently in the middle of building my first car. I have done a few co-drives in my dads old car about 8 years back and pit crewed for his escort cosworth which is now in retirement as of a few years back.So needless to say i/we are trying to get back at it with this xr4ti (i will try to get some pics up shortly ). And wwhat is an introduction without an offering eh.... ive got a nice genuine copy of "How to prepare the sierra for motorsport". Just have to figure out how to get it on the web winking smiley

Too bad the escort is retired, it was comforting to know you guys were always up all night working on it the parking lot, "guarding" everyone elses cars at the same time.... ha ha. Just kidding. sorta.

Welcome Adam, & I'd invite you to throroughly read the "Read this first" section of the website. There's generally but one rule on this here forum, be transparent as to who you are and where you live. I look forward to seeing the Sierra book.

If you want to scan the pages of the book and send them to me, I can combine it and host it like some of the others

Although see if it isn't the same as this one: http://www.mack73.com/hosted/Sierra_4x4.zip

Jason, that's my 4x4 book from 1990. Great clear drawings and details in the drawings can be robbed and applied to other cars and there is nice set up sheets, but the one we don't have on-line is the 1987 book
How to Prepare the Sierra for Motorsport.

Its devoted mainly to the 3 door 2wd car and a lot of the stuff in it is earlier GpA stuff when they were modding lots more standard parts so even better for robbing ideas.

I just lent somebody a copy to scan and host, now if only I could remember.....

If you can't find your copy John, I have one here and could start to scan it when I get some free time over the winter.
BTW, welcome on here as well Adam.
