New (old) Year's resolution

I have 2 resolutions for 2007
compete in more than 2 rallies (doo wops X, Olypmus XX, wildwest-east . . , PFR . . )
the other is to travel outside the continental North America.

My problem is, the year is coming to an end, and with my plan of two more rallies, i'm not sure where/when to take my "crazy passport wielding vacation" with the lady/co-driver.

there are several WRC events left this year.
there are several tropical islands that aren't technically North american.
there was some "do something crazy/scary" advice from my boss.

I also don't have a huge budget.

I can send you a link if interested to get to Ireland in November for $600 per person and that includes flight, hotel, and rental car. Probably cheapest European option.

If you want out of US and nice, check into cheap Mexico resort options. You can often find flights to Cancun/Mazatlan/etc. for $100-200 round trip. Beachside in November/December always has sounded appealing to me.

In that case just get a boat that will take you at least 200 miles from shore and you're out of North America.

American Airlines specials to Central and South America sound good then. It's almost spring down there.
