Yes, it's a Ranger.
Xr4Ti, it is rwd and was made in Germany.

Yeah it's like Mini-lite. They opened and closed at least 5 times since I started paying attention 30 years ago.

There wasn't a lot of good wheels at a good price for a long time in the UK so they did alright, now more choice = less sales. I still thing the idea of the just adding a 2" band into steel wheels was a good one, my MK1 1500 GT Cortina had the rears done to get something other than the stock 155/13s on for racing in the late 60's.

I done did that too back in the mid 90's to my MK2 capri. Stock wheels came with either 165-13 tires, and the GT and S models were on 185's. After welding a 50mm band we could put 205 and 225 F3 slicks to run tar events.
