My brother used to own one of those things. I pretty much learned how to drive in one of those things. Of course the one with 2w steering, rear engine, 800cc 2cyclinder motor with a whopping 26hp in stock form.

I think that learning to drive on the specific one in the video would make someone fail the 3-point-turn part of the exam.
