Fawking morons...

Brent and I went to town yesterday at around 5pm. As we pulled up to the stop sign on the hiway , a white 90ish Accord went past us at well over 80 mph. 45 mph speed limit. We felt the air off the car as it passed, 2 wheels over the fog line. I watched briefly as it passed, commenting on his ancestry. He ran upon the ass end of a white Chev 4x4 and slammed on his brakes. I looked back to the road as I pulled out. We we got to town, 2 miles, a city cop was just pulling out and hurrying towards that end of town. Since we live out of town I wasn't sure...

So we get back home 10 minutes later and low and behold, below our house on the hiway is 3 cop cars, ambulance, white Chevy 4x4 and a Honda, wheels up, in the ditch. One guy being extracted on a backboard, blood, glass, stuff everywhere.

Apparently just after I looked away this guy whipped the wheel to pass the Chev and spun. He crossed the center line and hit the ditch . Rolled 3 times hitting a utility pole after 2 rolls. Landed with drivers roof crushed to the dash. I went over to talk to the cops and filled out a witness statement..gotta help the bastard out ya know...I could smell beer about 60 feet away.

The driver was somehow unhurt, other than scratches, passenger was alive and transported by ambulance to hospital. Cuts everywhere. Dog was ejected but survived. People in the Chev were a little rattled, the Honda passed them while rolling. I saw the guy handcuffed, about 25years old, baseball cap on backwards and being questioned as he was led past to the cop car.

Officer:" Is your license revoked?"
Asshole:"uh, no"
Officer: "When was your last DUI?"
Asshole:"Uh, it was ..." then I couldn't hear anymore

5pm, nice day, 2 lane nice road, drunk, huge speed, at least his 2nd offence. I hope the SOB spends some serious in jail. Like to see my tax dollars doing some good.

It's people like that........

They should forcibly remove the seatbelts in non-racing vehicles. Sure, some people would be excited, but when the dullards met with a pole or Peterbuilt, the Idiocracy would be delayed!
