Hello,

My name is Dawud, but most people call me DJ because it's just easier that way for most other people. I mostly just lurk, but thought I would create an account. I know a few people here already. I live down the hill from John Vandam-landingham, I work a few floors up from Chris Blakey. I have also met Kevin Hawkinson and Skye a few times as well.

I'm pretty mellow, I try to play nice in the sandbox with others. I work a job in the computer industry. I have a family with 2 kids. Bought a house in Tukwila a few years ago that came with a pretty nice shop that I should spend more time in but don't because I really only like to spin wrenches when I have to.

I don't have a rally car but maybe someday. I do have a basket case silver 1986 XR4Ti sitting doing nothing taking up room in the shop. I also have a Black 1989 XR4Ti that I used to drive daily till a headgasket/oil pressure problem. I have been slowing putting it back togeather over the last year. Hey Jason! Hope everything is going well with the Rallycar or that your at least making some progress.

Yeah... I'm no longer a part of CHD but have ran into a few of the guys during my lunch break a month or two ago. I also talked with Chris for a min or two when he was walking into work last week. I really enjoyed my time on CHD but couldn't be happier with where I'm at now.
