Rally apps for Android
June 16, 2012 08:07PM
So I just got an Android phone. I have been searching for good rally apps. I have heard that Codriverapp is good. Some of the Richta apps also look interesting.

What are your thoughts and recommendations?

Are there any other automotive apps that I shoud look at?

I use trackmaster, which can be a pain to set up if you don't have a good gps signal. When setting it up for a road course it can be a pain, unless you can walk the track and stand at each corner for a few minutes. It also has a "rally" course setting, haven't tried it yet(gps signal problems.. darn trees). For speed/alt/distance, "mytracks" from google is pretty cool, and you can overlay it on google maps.
I'm going to have to check out Codriverapp.

I dunno if it's a "rally" app at all, but I've used aLapRecorderHD a bit here and there just playing at autoX and some IceX, it's kinda neat.
