STC is Sporting Turks Club or SUPER TURK CANAVARLARI

The Club is founded by Turkish Rallyists rallying in the US.

BTW, STC was also the model name of the first Turkish sports car built by Anadol in the late 60's. It was losely based on the Cortina and had a fiberglass shell over a steel frame. Very few examples of the STC survived.
