Bugger the cork, just keep the engine full gas, nothing will have a chance to set up.
Run the fan motor and raise and lower the widows.

Some of the high end street rod builders coat the entire underside of their cars. From my experience with both Rhino and Line-X it does not stand a chance of holding up to gravel spray. Makes a nice floor on the inside of the car though. Now if you could find the double super secret FIA approved type...

It's also heavy. There was a car with it in the interior at 100 AW in 2004 or 2005.

My friend has a mk3 golf rally car with the inside and underside coated in bed liner and the car weighs in at 2300lbs. So it cant be too heavy, although I wouldnt want the stuff on my car.

That's a really bad idea because you can't see any cracks that might form in the chassis and it makes it really difficult to weld later on. You would have to clean that crap off both sides of the panel to successfully weld any cracks or such. But you wouldn't ever be able to see them anyway...
