best year/options/engine of volvo 240 to start with

hey patrick thanks for the offer to come slide around at the rally cross. i'm in the last few weeks before mt hood rally and am getting my rig ready. also i will be out in a rwd rig and not my normal legacy ride, but not a volvo. it should be fun regardless.

techinally it's olive drab, but flat none the less and throw a nice layer of dust on it and i sure can look black. but mt hood i'm running a mighty max pick up, should be good for some rwd fun.
