No pictures but its just zip tied to a cage brace at the appropriate level and location. Its lasted a few rallies that way.

Huh, they mount it to the strut turret in the Volvo? I made a mounting bracket from some junkyard bits to avoid drilling into the turret, seems like it weaken it.

I say nothing for fear of getting beat with a baseball bat. I like the new routing though!

Here's a photo of the Volvo expansion tank:

And the new custom turbo/IC hoses:

... mounted the cossie FPR yesterday, waiting on a few AN fittings from eBay to finish off the oil system.

Looks pretty nice, but also a whole lotta work to keep those 2 stupid pipes on the side of the block! Why not just find 2 straight pieces or just run hose, instead of blocking all the extra bits off?

Glad to see the sticky tape didn't end up in a giant ball for the IC hoses...

One of them was already blocked, took 2 seconds to block the other... the side outlets are different sizes and doing a 180 bend might be tough. Whatever, the bits to block it were on hand and other stuff wasn't, I took the easy route for what was on hand. Can always tweak it later. Priority #1 is getting the engine to start.
