This was my first design iteration.
It was 10.50 x 1.15" ulhp rotor
1.62" Piston calipers

The rear is 10.75" x .35" solid rotor
This post got split. See the next reply for the rear.

Sorry, The rear photo was too large, I resaved as .jpg

Rears are only 2 piston by the way.

This setup will yeild 73% front/ 27% rear.
Surface area up front is 4.12
Rear is 1.50

Add those numbers and divide by .60" or .79" to get pedal ratios for 7/8" and 1" respectively.

-- I've done it both ways. I wish I had some pictures. I've had mud, not rocks but mud, packed on the inside of the wheel abrade through the crossover bump on an aluminum Subaru caliper and cause it to leak and it only took a couple of stages. This was before I had a chance to make some scrapers. I made some scrapers for that application that basically consisted of a sturdy steel blade welded to the backing plate at an angle located at 6 or 7 o'clock. Doesn't need to be right next to the caliper, just needs to be slightly closer to the wheel than the caliper and angled to spit the rocks toward the center of the car. I also had UHMW scraper blades that bolted on and could be fit right to touching the rim but you had to replace them often. Don't make the steel scraper too close to the rim because from time to time you bend a wheel and you need a little clearance there or shit will lock up or at least make a lot of noise, whack, whack, whack! Oh, and there is no need for scrapers on the front wheels, in case you might have though otherwise.

What rotor width do you want?

I have 1.15" and .81" width's in a narrow mount dynapro. This type of dynapro is very similar to dynalite, it's a latest version of incremental improvements made to the old dynalite. Basically facelifts of the old design.

Tim's style radial dynapro is a whole different animal.
