Having my doubts so UI asked a nice guy Ryan Fay --who just happened to call me yestrday while he was in a junk yard---to check out the ID plate if he saw a Pervia....

I searched some myself to confirm but 100% blah blah BUY BUY BLAH was only thing I could find..

The supercharged one I climbed under was a 7.5", I looked but couldn't find an ID plate. Why so much fuss about the pervia one? You can get a variety of widths out of the pickups.

Disc brakes are there and less machining. seems some think the machining of the PU flanges is a big deal.

I found some nice ones at Home Depot. Just looked in the tools are near the tool boxes and tool bags. Plus they were pretty cheap. Put one driver and co-driver door, and one in the back to hold registration/insurance info.

I hit up Ian on FB and he said his were 3 ring binder envelopes from office depot. The ones I seen must of been in the fire arrow they almost looked like bank bags. Lots of good ideas thow I guess I should made it a topic instead of thread jacking!

It's really not, trick is to find a machinist who isn't scared.

Oh and the door pocket things... in the corolla I cut the top out of an old laptop bag and riveted it to the door panel, it has compartments for everything and they can be had second hand for cheap.

Billyee told me the corolla had the best co-driver amenities of ANY rally car he's competed in and fuck he's been in just about all of them.

I won't even suggest that you think how you'd feel in the same circumstance, you're not the type to think, much less think of anybody point of view or feelings.

Funniest thing coming from you EVER. Thanks for the laugh.

Billy is a ho. He told us the same thing. Plus he followed up asking where we got some of the stuff (like the cool Alex Gelsomino approved map light).

Having said that, he's still welcome in our car anytime! smiling smiley
