Cage Gussets 1.5in x 90deg 16Ga CRS

I've got a box of 10 roll cage gussets with some light surface rust on the inside.

I'll let them go for $10each plus shipping in small quantities but I'll ship them for free to anywhere in North America if you take the whole box. They're all made from 16Ga cold roll steel and while they're made for 90 degree joints you can easily cheat them +/-10degrees without any trimming or grinding.

I had someone offer to buy them all last night but he hasn't come through with sending the money yet. I'll give him until tonight and then they're yours Gene.

As for you John...we both know you're far to lazy to drive all the way to Redmond just to put ugly paint on a transmission that I'm going to take apart to prototype a limited slip diff. Knock yourself out though.

I would prefer that you refer to the color as "Speed Beige" or "Marin Racing Ecru" in all future references

Al was the one that painted them anyway...

Oh OK.
And for the record the trannies will be variously finished in Cascade Foothills Infantine Ejecta

Where did you buy those originally?

I know I could make some, but those looked pretty nice and it would just save a bunch of time to buy some.

Thanks,

Kevin Wesley

Tim made those.
If you search on here there's a thread that has templates for the sheet metal to make them as well as pretty good instructions. There's also an ad I posted on specialstage that lists what I'm willing to make for people.
I think he sold a bunch to a shop so he might be able to direct you to where to buy more.

I make those every few months in 100 piece lots for some college friends who do rock-crawling stuff. You can get them retail here:

http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/Dimpled-Gusset-p-2878.html

I couldn't sell that box of 10 because they had surface rust. If anyone wants wholesale quantities let me know and we can work out a deal...if you only want a couple of them order from polyperformance.
