the fill plate was adapted to use the stock mitsubishi truck stuff. it has a fill hole on the plate but you can't see it because the way it's tipped in to the fuel cell.

but as of right now it's sold. no money in hand just yet but he should be good for it.

Only important if you need the bladder. As I have a legal cell, dont need it to be legal. The fill plate doesnt expire. Good thing to point out, though. The plate just looked possibly like what I want to make, but I'll just buy a blank instead.
