You know you want a clean propane burning G5 car based on a Studebaker Lark. What could go wrong??? More seriously I'm selling this thing to help fund some even more stupid projects. So if you know anyone who needs a hooptie Bonneville or drag race car point them my way.

You might try calling Jon at Fenders and Fins and seeing if he knows anyone looking for one. They do classic car restoration up here near Seattle.

Cool! My dad has one of those; his is a 2-door, though. His is still a work in progress.

Hey, what did you do for the steering in that? The regular Lark has kind of a goofy steering rack.

I did nothing to the steering it's still the goofy steering box/linkage setup. We bought it abandoned out of a storage yard for cheap. Sanity has set in and we're just flipping it for profit on eBay to fund our other racing cars.

The wife begs to differ...in fact she insists. The Studebaker has to leave and the sale needs to finance the new '08 CBR1000RR engine for the Z600 and a fuel cell for the new LeMons car. We are a little bit sad because this was going to make an epic frightening scary LeMons contender. It should pretty easily make 400hp+ at the wheels when completed and at 3000lb with drum brakes it was going to be an "interesting" road racer.

Heh, I used to work with a guy named Jim Taylor who has a light green Lark. NEAT looking cars.
