Not mine, don't know the first thing about it, just ran-across it here:

Thought it was interesting, thought you all might think so too. I might be late to the party, even...

I quickly glanced at it am calling BS. I'm not a HUGE Audi nut buuuuuut..... Off the top of my head, the headlight bezels look like cutdown fox/early 4k units and it's got over fenders riveted on. That was just a quick glance at the pics. Aside from the horrible description and lack of pictures, unless it's signed by Rohl, the price insane. Again purely based on the quick glance I took. Pppfffftttttssshhhh.......

I will one day build one and rally it though. Or an updated coupe Quattro clone...

I'll eat some of that previous post. It isn't "original" though. Poor thing will never see a stage again. New owner better get a fucking yellow paged logbook with it at that price!

just a quick search finds this: http://www.bufkinengineering.com/brunos_cars.htm

upon reading, seems to indicate that both Bruno K and the Sprongls had several Quattros - and it sounds like they all more-or-less started in Gp4 trim, and got GpB and/or GpB-inspired stuff added as it became available.

I'm not sure how it isn't "original", but it sure isn't a true GpB car either.

starting bid of $385k makes the asking prices at the Auto Collections in Vegas seem reasonable though. I'll have some of whatever the seller is smoking. smoking smiley

No you're totally right. Looked some more and it def has some badass goodies with the history to boot. I guess I got pissed off as soon as I noticed the headlights. Partially because cutting apart the 4k 2 pieces to mimic the original sport setup, was my plan on my stage 4k lol. Being as finding the stuff is spendy and next to impossible lol. Plus, that car is worth a little more than mine lol. So you'd think it'd have the "original" stuff like that on it, is what I meant.
