Detroit does. Sometimes under stadium lights, sometimes not. The GLDiv Regional ran its third run group at night under stadium lights.

Under lights, I had no problem running with OEM shitty non-halogen lowbeams. Didn't even realize it was nighttime other than the way the sound echoes differently at night. Probably wouldn't have a problem under the same conditions with no stadium lights, since the average straights are shorter than what the headlights can throw.

PS - What did I say on DI? Oh, right: Rallycross is like masturbation. It's cheap and you can do it as often as you want unless you have equipment problems.
