Here is a couple data items from the Corolla, from the first night stage we did (Taylor Towne 1). The data shown in the snapshot is roughly the whole stage (start stop points are not marked exactly yet). Current limits for each channel are user definable, and I can also setup alternative action to take if a channel goes into fault (car has two fuel pumps, if one pump goes into fault I have it setup to switch automatically to the back-up pump).

Don't laugh at my lack of 100% throttle. HAHAHA My first night stage ever, and I swear this thing makes more power at 40% throttle than the old motor did at 100%.

Oh, is that starlight hose? Schmancy, lol.

Looks good. Did you put those turrets in the back, or did Joel and Black? I thought I was the only one with 6x6 rectangular tube turrets with 1x1 running across the top... You even have the little patch pieces like me! haha

Blake and Joel did the rear suspension. I stumbled across your build thread right after getting the car and for a bit thought it was the same car mostly due to the similarities in the basics. A couple pages farther in and I realized yours was not the same car. Can't wait to see your car debut, it is super clean!

I was really impressed with a lot of the cars at the rally. Sean's Ford is super sick (I freaking love that body style) and Derek's M3 is amazing as well as many of the upper end open class cars. I spent as much time as I could poking my head into different cars, I love seeing different approaches that everyone takes and since I am pretty new to rally from a building and driving standpoint I have plenty to learn by observing.

It must be a sickness when I already want to start on the next one...........

Was too busy leading up to Mt Hood Rally to share this (and it isn't real important and maybe everyone already has done this method or there is a good reason not to).

Previously for rock protection the struts had inner tube on them, which seemed to work ok but was starting to tear and looked to be a PITA to put on. Enter the wiring guy with some big shrink tube. LOL The stuff is easy to install, and when shrunk down is almost like hard plastic (and much thicker than the inner tube on there before).

What can I say, I like my pigs dressed up and looking good! grinning smiley

That and I want the strut to hopefully come back apart again after I try and beat it to death with rocks and drag it through the mud and then neglect to service it till the night before the next rally.

Given the funny green color, the barb was not pointed at you but another denizen of this bulletin board.

Some more data from the Corolla. Maybe nobody cares, but it is my build thread and I am going to clutter it with meaningless crap... LOL
