Got some more done on the cage last night. Finished the sill bars. Fitted and welded in the long bar of the main hoop X, and got the 2 short bars fitted and tacked. Bent up the door bars, ready to be fitted.

More. I got all the seat belt mounts in today, made and tacked in the handbrake mount, and got the master cylinder plate tacked to the firewall.

That is awesome looking work!

One question...

I could have sworn that when you did the "v" like this in the roof section of the cage, under the FIA rulebook you had to supplement with a "V" that matched in the back stays.

I know in Canada we have to meet the FIA rulebook to the "T" not sure about you guys down there.

You do not have to do the V back from the roof in that configuration. I discussed it with a scruteneer before that decision was made.
