Not really. The only time a 'co-driver' license is issued is when there are restrictions that wouldn't allow the competitor to drive. I beleive the number is 430(ish) unique entries to events. (across 17 events last year) In 2011 there were about 285 CARS License holders. I read about SS being sold. SS was okay, but Rally-L was better (just my opinion).
Are you kidding about Rally Anarchy? Someone on SS suggested that the purchaser of SS would try to eliminate Rally Anarchy.
