Thats what I wanted to hear John. We noticed they were doubled up but were pondering a bit more meat in there. We were thinking that might be overkill be if we were to do it, the time was now. We will just skip it. the brace I will be using also uses at least two, if not all three of those bolts, further transferring those suspension loads.

On the bar going across, rather than the one bolt everybody does, use 2 next to each other per side..the bar can't rotate around 2 bolt; it can around 1...

May I also recomend plating the "Frame" legs that are immediately in front of the firewall. I have welded up a pretty large crack there twice now on my Folvo Wagon.

Mine has cracked on the outside of the rail, right at that location. Mounts look great!

Stay the course...7" father under the manifold, over the engine mounts.
Look first.
The Perma cool block off is under 15 and the DUAL inlet/dual outlet is around 27.
Dual inlet/dual outlet means you can place this behind the Pass side headlight, easy location and use the extra outlet to feed the turbo nice fresh cool oil....
And the extra port gets a reducer bushing where a T goes for the Volvo combined idiot light sender/oil pressure sender and oil temp...

Here's a few pics of the 740 oilcooler adapter. I'm running it with a 2.5in DP and stock length filter. This can give you some idea of clearance issues that you might have.
I still like the idea of remote mounting the filter and cooler plate, especially with a skid plate. This will be my DD, and my skid plate stops at the cross member.
There's also some pics of the turbo drain and block adapter that I made. So much easier to work around then the stock hard line, and it seals better too!

It's a stock turbo block. The stock drain line/ hard line/ pipe/tube thing didn't actually seal into the block.
I machined an aluminum plug with 2 1/8in o-rings to seal it from the elements. You can kind of see it from the picture that John posted. The album has the photos of the adapter plug. The lower fitting is going to be zip-tied to the cooler tube for added security, hoping to prevent the plug from coming out of the block. It shouldn't, it's a really snug fit with the o-rings... I'm just being overly cautious.

Looks kinda like mine but my oil return line is way longer and loops. It was what i had and I can move turbo way out of way without breaking oil lines. Or was...
